True Colours takes pride in ensuring that all its staff are highly qualified to meet industry standards. Each team member receives continuous support and training from our registered training provider. This commitment to regular training ensures that our staff remain up to date with the latest industry practices and standards, enabling them to deliver the highest quality of service to our participants.
We will arrange an initial meet and greet with you, providing an opportunity for you to meet your proposed support worker. Once all details have been agreed upon and are acceptable to you, we will proceed with the commencement of service provision.
True Colours is committed to ensuring that you always have a backup support staff member who is familiar to you. We will not assign a support staff member with whom you are not acquainted. This policy is part of our dedication to providing consistent and reliable support, fostering a sense of trust and comfort for our clients.
During the meet and greet, our Care Coordinator, along with yourself and any other relevant parties, will review the goals outlined in your plan. Together, we will develop a support plan that includes your NDIS goals and set achievable goals within the plan. This support plan will be agreed by you, the participant, ensuring it meets your needs and expectations.
It is our role to support you in understanding and navigating your NDIS Plan and funding. As your support coordinator, we will advocate for you and your individuals’ rights, whilst supporting you in working towards reaching your goals and living a fulfilling life.
