DISABILITY SUPPORT, YOUR WAY

Helping you live life your way

Disability support that starts with getting to know you, not fitting you into a standard approach.

What we can help with

Everyday help, your way

From home life to getting out in the community, our services are shaped around what you need, how you like things done and what you want to achieve.

Find the best fit

The right person makes all the difference

We take the time to match each Participant with staff who suit their personality, routines, preferences and needs.

It means you’re not simply allocated whoever is available. There’s thought behind who works with you, with a focus on building familiarity, consistency and a working relationship that feels comfortable.

What makes us different?

Not all providers are equal

At True Colours, we take a personalised approach to the way we work with each Participant. We consider your goals, preferences, routines and personality, then match you with dedicated staff who fit the way you like to live.

Personalised matching

Staff are matched to each participant based on their individual needs, preferences, routines and personality.

Consistency

A considered approach to matching helps build trust and create greater consistency in the people working with you.

Experienced team

Our experience includes disability services, residential youth support, case management, child protection, training and frontline practice.

Person-centred

Your goals and preferences remain central to the way your services are planned and delivered.

The experience behind True Colours

What we bring to the table

True Colours brings together years of hands-on experience across disability services, case management, Child Protection and Training and Assessment. That broad background gives us a strong understanding of complex needs, behavioural challenges, risk and the importance of staying calm, practical and considered in the way we work with each person.

Your life, your colours

There’s more than one way to do things

The little things can make a big difference. How you like your day to run, what makes you comfortable, who you enjoy spending time with and what you want more of in your life all matter.

We take the time to understand those details so the way we work with you feels natural, familiar and genuinely suited to you.

That might mean helping you build confidence with everyday tasks, get more involved in your community, work towards greater independence or simply make day-to-day life feel more manageable. Whatever your goals look like, the focus stays on what is important to you and how you want to move forward.

We are ready when you are

Tell us what you’re looking for

The right arrangement starts with understanding the person, not ticking boxes. Tell us what life looks like at the moment, what you’d like help with and what you want to work towards.

From there, we can talk through the options, answer your questions and work out what might make sense for you.
