True Colours Disability Support Services’s vision is to create a resilient and empowered community in partnership to support people with disability to live a great life with choice.
I bring with me a wealth of experience from my previous role as a Teacher in Special Education, where I dedicated myself to supporting the unique needs of young people.
I am proud to be part of the team at True Colours, an organisation that embodies values and principles I deeply resonate with. Transparency is a personal value I hold dear, and I strive to ensure it is reflected in all aspects of our service delivery.
At True Colours, we are committed to providing exceptional support and care, and I am dedicated to contributing to our mission of empowering and uplifting the individuals we serve.
With extensive experience in the Community sector, I have held various positions, including Team Leader in the Child Safety area, Support Coordinator, and roles in the Early Childhood sector. My diverse background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs within these areas. I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those I support.
My role at True Colours is to ensure that we develop and grow in line with our participants’ needs. It is my mission to make sure that this happens effectively and compassionately. I am proud to be part of an amazing team at True Colours, dedicated to providing exceptional support and care.
My passion lies in delivering exceptional Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, always with a focus on empowering participants to achieve their goals and navigate the NDIS with confidence. I’m committed to providing tailored, person-centred support that truly meets the unique needs of each individual I work with.
